'Week 4, workout 2 of Xpress Bootcamp and today is a 20 min Back And Bicep Workout Follow Along. Same as yesterday , we are mixing things up this week with our tabata mixed in between the back and bicep workout First up we have our first batch of tabata. Then we will be hitting our back workout. Then we will it our second batch of Tabata before finishing off with our second batch of tabata You guys really seemed to enjoy this mix up yesterday So only a few days to go, let\'s keep smashing this guys BEGINNERS - For beginners I recommend doing each workout once. Go at a pace that pushes you and use weights that push you but also where you\'re able to maintain good form -------------------------------------------------------------------- Intermediate / Advanced - You guys , especially you advanced guys or guys who have maybe completed my previous programs. Push yourself at a higher pace. Looked to up those weights where needed and if you feel the 20 Minutes is not enough for your fitness level. Repeating the workouts and turning into a 40 minute killer routine would be recommended. Alternatively once you finish the workout. You can repeat the weights section only for an extra burn with those dumbbells --------------------------------------------------------------------- Before every Xpress Bootcamp workout. I highly recommend to a light warm up to get the body & muscles ready for the workout ahead. This will only take 5 mins.
